New USI Master in Public Health
Institutional Communication Service
The ongoing USI ID project on the development of a new Master in Public Health, led by the Institute of Public Health (IPH) and the Faculty of Biomedical Sciences, responds to the imperative created by the COVID-19 pandemic to equip health-related disciplines with a foundational understanding of public health.
Focused on mapping the current landscape of public health-related training and education at USI, particularly at the Master level, and learning about students’ health-related thematic interests and interests/preferences related to the didactic-organizational structure of a two-year master's program in public health, the aim is to enhance and expand these offerings through collaborative and coordinated efforts.
The director of the IPH Prof. Emiliano Albanese, with the support of the USI rectorate, invite all (1) professors and other academic collaborators serving as lecturers at USI and (2) Bachelor students at USI, to fill out the survey sent last week by Prof. Albanese through the Istituto IPH account.
Your participation in this survey is invaluable as it provides crucial insights that will shape and enhance the quality of the upcoming Master’s degree in public health, ensuring it aligns with the needs and preferences of our diverse student community and the expertise of our faculty.
